Every order placed at Caelivynth — from a compact silk bouquet to a full 85cm glass vase set — is shipped via trusted US carriers. The details below cover how your order moves from placement to delivery.
We ship exclusively within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.

Orders are processed in the sequence received. Please review our fulfillment framework:

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days are processed that same day where possible. Orders placed after the cutoff time, or on weekends and Federal holidays, are processed within the next 1-3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking confirmation email will be sent to the address on file. Tracking information typically requires 24-48 hours to activate in the carrier’s system after dispatch.
Large orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments to ensure safe transit. Each shipment will carry its own tracking number, sent separately.
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Caelivynth cannot be held liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package has not been received, please check with neighbors or your local post office. While Caelivynth cannot assume direct financial responsibility for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we will gladly assist you in opening an investigation or missing package claim with the carrier to help locate your order.
We pack our items with extreme care, but transit damage can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph both the outer packaging and the affected item(s) and email the photos to sale@caelivynth.com.
We highly recommend reporting transit damage within 48 hours of delivery. Prompt reporting allows us to swiftly file a carrier insurance claim and expedite your replacement or refund without unnecessary delays.
