Tracking information typically requires 24-48 hours to activate in the carrier’s system after your order has been dispatched. If results still don’t appear after 48 hours, please email sale@caelivynth.com with your order number.
Q: Do you ship outside the US?
No. We ship exclusively within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Q: What is your return window?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be in brand-new, unused, unopened original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Q: Are there restocking fees?
No Restocking Fees. Returns meeting our eligibility requirements are processed at no additional charge.
Q: How do I start a return?
Contact sale@caelivynth.com before sending anything back. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and our confirmed return address. Please note that packages returned without prior authorization or a valid RMA may experience significant processing delays or tracking complications.
Q: How long does my refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected at our returns address, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Your bank or card issuer may then take an additional 2-12 business days to post the refund to your account. This timeline is set by your financial institution.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered the shipping process. Email sale@caelivynth.com immediately with your order number to request cancellation. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
Q: The flower color looks slightly different from the product photo. Is that normal?
Yes. Color representation on screen varies by monitor calibration and ambient lighting in your space. Actual colors may appear slightly lighter, darker, or differently saturated than in product images. This is a normal characteristic of artificial silk products and is not considered a defect.
Q: The vase height or stem length is slightly off from the listed measurement. Why?
All products carry a ±1–2 cm standard tolerance. Listed measurements are nominal figures, and minor variation within that range is expected and not grounds for return.
Q: My glass vase arrived with a small surface mark. Is it defective?
Minor surface marks or subtle color gradients from the glassmaking process are an inherent material characteristic and do not affect structural integrity or appearance. However, if your vase arrived cracked or broken, email photos to sale@caelivynth.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will swiftly resolve it.
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, PayPal, or COD.

Absolutely not. We operate on a strict tax-inclusive pricing model. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay. There are zero hidden fees, processing surcharges, or surprise state sales taxes added to your subtotal at checkout.

Q: Why was my order cancelled?
