Caelivynth stands behind the products in its catalog. If something is not right with your order, the process below covers how to resolve it efficiently and fairly.
Return Window & Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be in brand-new, unused, unopened original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Items showing signs of use, removed from original packaging, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
Product-specific notes:
Silk flower bouquets: Must have unaltered stems and original ties intact.
Glass floor vases: Must be fully intact. Transit breakage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
How to Initiate a Return
Before returning any item, you must contact sale@caelivynth.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and the confirmed return shipping address.
Steps to request an RMA:
Email sale@caelivynth.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
Attach photos if the return involves a damaged or incorrect item.
Wait for your RMA code and return instructions before shipping anything.

Return Shipping Costs
Defective or incorrect item (Our error): Caelivynth covers all return shipping costs.
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping method, as Caelivynth cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Restocking Fees & Taxes
Restocking Fee: $0.00. No restocking fees are charged on any eligible return.
Sales Tax Refund: As our store operates on a tax-inclusive pricing model, your full purchase price (which includes all applicable taxes) will be refunded to you for eligible returns. There are no hidden deductions.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected at our returns address, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. After processing is complete, a refund is issued directly to the original payment method.
Allow an additional 2-12 business days for your bank or credit card issuer to post the refund to your account. This timeline is strictly determined by your financial institution.
Order Cancellations & Fraud Prevention
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered the shipping process. Email sale@caelivynth.com immediately with your order number to request a cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the standard return process applies.
To protect our community, we reserve the right to decline returns on items that are inconsistent with the original order or violate our eligibility conditions.
