Caelivynth stands behind the products in its catalog. If something is not right with your order, the process below covers how to resolve it efficiently and fairly.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be in brand-new, unused, unopened original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Items showing signs of use, removed from original packaging, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

Before returning any item, you must contact sale@caelivynth.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and the confirmed return shipping address.
Steps to request an RMA:
*Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization or a valid RMA may experience significant processing delays or complications in tracking.*
Once your return is received and inspected at our returns address, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. After processing is complete, a refund is issued directly to the original payment method.
Allow an additional 2-12 business days for your bank or credit card issuer to post the refund to your account. This timeline is strictly determined by your financial institution.
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered the shipping process. Email sale@caelivynth.com immediately with your order number to request a cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the standard return process applies.
To protect our community, we reserve the right to decline returns on items that are inconsistent with the original order or violate our eligibility conditions.
